What information do you collect?
Payroll data will be retained for a period of at least seven years from the date of employer's most recent payroll cycle in order to comply with regulations regarding retention of payroll data. Payroll data includes, but is not limited to:
employer name, address, and bank account information;
employee name, address, bank account information, social insurance number, salary or wage, hire date, birth date, benefits, and deductions;
remuneration, deductions, and net pay for every payroll cycle.
Payments data will be retained for a period of at least three years from the date of your most recent payment transaction in order to comply with regulatory requirements. Payments data includes, but is not limited to:
bank account numbers and credentials;
personal information such as legal name, social insurance number;
business details such as legal name, business type, and tax ID;
transaction details such as amounts, credit card type, and expiry date.
How do you use this information?
Abletribe uses your personal information and information about your current and past activities on the Site only for the purposes of providing you with and improving our Services. Abletribe will never sell your information to a third party.
Specifically, Abletribe collects, uses and, discloses information (which may include Personal Information) for the following purposes:
To provide you with our Services. For example, in order to allow us to retrieve banking information for use within the Abletribe App, we may collect your or your business' online banking information and credentials (account number, username, etc.) if you choose to provide them.
To contact you for the purposes of notifications relating to the Services, or product or service updates.
To monitor system, server and software usage and performance, to improve our systems, and to create benchmarks and analyses.
To assist you with technical support.
To comply with any laws, regulations, court orders, warrants, subpoenas or other legal process or investigation.

Who do you share this information with?
Your personal information is never sold or rented to third-parties. Abletribe will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes other than the identified purposes of the Services. In the normal operation of the Abletribe App your personal information is available to your employer or to applicable Members to whom access has been authorized by your employer.
Your personal information may be shared with authorized third-parties in order to provide a requested service or transaction. For example, if we need to credit your bank account, we must share your bank account information with our payment processor. We only provide third-party agents with the minimum amount of personal information necessary to complete the requested service or transaction.
How do you get my consent?
We collect personal information directly from you. We only obtain personal information from other parties when you provide us with the credentials required to retrieve the personal information and only for the purpose of providing you with our Services.
You may be required to provide personal information relating to yourself and your employees. You acknowledge that you only collect, use and disclose personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. You further acknowledge that you have obtained all required consents, including consents relating to making deposits to and debits from your employees' bank accounts, from your employees whose personal information will be disclosed to us or to our third-party service providers in connection with the Services.
